In each of the products, there will be a link for you to browse the charm category. It will open up in a new window so you can place your order easily. If you want a charm added to your ornament purchase, just type in the category name and the name of the charm in the text box provided in the ordering section. If your browsing the store and see an ornament that you like but wished it was in a different size, color or theme. Send us an email. We love to shop for beautiful fabrics and create special ornaments just for you. Once we receive your email, we will provide you a price quote. All of our ornaments are handmade using over 200 straight pins in each ornament. We caution all our customers to be careful not to allow children or pets to play with these ornaments. They are not intended for that and could cause harm, especially if swallowed.

Shipping Your Gift:
The shipping address must be within the U.S. If your purchasing a gift and live outside of the U.S. but your shipping address is within, we will ship your gift to the recipient. During the checkout process, put in the name and address of the person you are sending your gift to. If you do not want this service, just ignore that section when placing your order. Email us if you have any questions regarding our Gift Wrapping Services.

We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, Paypal, Check or Money Order. If sending payment by check,make it out to "Renee Osborne". Shipping will be delayed for check payments until it has cleared the bank. Please allow up to 15 business days.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES TOP
If you receive an item and decide to return it, please notify us by email. Once your email is received, further instructions will be provided. All merchandise must be returned in the same condition as the buyer received it in and within 12 days of the original purchase date which is located on your invoice. Monies will be returned to buyer ( less shipping cost ) after merchandise is returned and inspected. It is the buyers responsibility to pay for all shipping costs.

Your name, address and any other personal information you give us will never be compromised by selling or trading to third parties. It is solely used for purchasing products here on this website and for you to conveniently purchase items in the future without having to complete the information again.
We use Mals-e shopping cart which is a secure payment site that stores your credit card information for processing. Once the card has been processed, it is deleted out of the system. It uses SSL encryption which is a secure socket layer, using cryptographic protocols that provide security and data integrity for communications over the networks. Paypal processing is handled directly by Paypal and all credit card information is stored on their servers. They also use the SSL encryption for secure communications.
Never provide credit card information via email. This is not a secure way of processing a transaction and your personal information such as a credit card could be compromised. No business should ask for credit card information via email. If they do, decline and request another way of purchasing their items using an approved secure protocol.
